The quality of ovenstory is gone to level zero. When they come to know you have placed order via phonepe they will treat you as beggar. Customer service sucks.

I never actually liked their pizza..
Have a good pizzeria in our locality..From.there i mostly order pizza..

Have tested their services by placing order on their own app, they will treat you like a customer and provide you good service and good quality pizza. But if you use phonepe then you are dumped.

For you information…. Ovenstory, Faasos and Sweethtruth are same. One company operating with 3 brand names and menu is majorly same.
