Obviously F1 is better in performance, that too mainly in graphics. But, X2 is better in every other way. Performance wont be bad either. One should go for X2 now.

X2 will still be better in all aspects, S9 is already 2 years old, you will not even get any updates any more.
But display wise samsung is far better..curved display
S9 is definitely better built phone and screen quality is better but its 2 years old phone. Just 4GB of ram and exynos processor is not good. Better off going for Poco X2 with 730G, 120hz screen and latest Android version.

Depends upon your preference .
BS 2 has better display ,chipset and therefore more performance.
