1. This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) is
provided and funded by Cloudtail India Private
Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cloudtail”) and
made available on the Prime Now mobile application
(hereinafter referred to as, “Prime Now App”) by
Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”)

2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are
in addition to the Prime Now Service Terms and
Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale
and Privacy Notice as available on the Prime Now
App to which you agree by using the Prime Now App
and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift
Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by Qwik Cilver
