Paytm Mall has “NO” Cancellation Policy for all Items Ordered under “World Stores”.
Recently I faced an issue wherein I forgot to apply Coupon Code while Ordering, thru Credit Card Payrment, for an Item under World Store and I wanted to Cancel the same.
As usual Paytm Mall said NOT possible to Cancel which is clearly Mentioned in the Product Page.
This is what I did ( takes about min. 2/3 weeks time ), to get back my money paid for it.

No it provides worst service and you can’t mail them.
This guy has been duped of old VCR instead of Macbook air and has been told that they delivered right item and worst thing is emotionless bot replies same message again and again.
