Cashback offers can only be availed on prepaid orders and be used till the offer last.
The Cashback Coupon cannot be clubbed with any other Purplle coupon.
The Cashback will be credited to the Purplle Wallet of the user only when the Order is shipped. If any of the products in the order is shipped, the Order status will be considered as ‘The maximum Cashback amount that can be utilised in a particular order is 25% of the Order Value . Purplle reserves all the rights to decide these maximum utilisation values from time to time.
For any Order a maximum of Rs500 can be utilised from the Purplle Wallet.
Purplle Money cannot be clubbed with any other promo code on a single order. Either Purplle Money or Purplle Coupon can be applied.
Once the Order on which the Cashback was availed, is shipped, the user can not cancel the Order.
The user can not request for Refund for Orders on which the Cashback is availed.
User can only raise a ’Re-Dispatch’ request, in which the old product is replaced with a new one (For Valid Reasons Only). In case of unavailability of products for re-dispatch or any other valid reasons, full refund will be credited to the users.
Undelivered orders will be re dispatched to the customer.
Refunds will not be initiated if the user fails to accept the Order.
Purplle reserves the right to terminate or call back any or all of its offers without any prior intimation to users.
The Cashback credited to Purplle wallet can only be utilised in making purchases on Purplle and is not transferable to any other source.
If the user cancels or returns the order on which the Cashback was received, the credited Cashback amount will be debited from the Purplle Wallet.
Purplle Wallet cannot be used for COD transactions.
