Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern the Purplle Elite Program, and form a binding agreement between you and Manash Lifestyle Private Limited (hereby referred to as Purplle). If you sign up for Elite membership program, you accept these terms and conditions in entirety. Additionally, your usage of any of the other services or products of Purplle continue to be governed by their respective “Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy”, “Return & Cancellation Policy” and other applicable legal documents.

Membership
Elite membership may be purchased through invite-only and through the Purplle portal.
Payment for the membership may be made only through online prepayment (“Prepaid”).
The term of the Elite membership is 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase (“Term”).
Membership once purchased, cannot be cancelled if any membership benefit has been availed. Any cancellation request for membership to be made through customer support team (Call on +919223300222 or E-mail at [email protected]). All requests will be addressed on priority.
Membership Fee
The Purplle Elite membership fee (“Fee”) is stated on the Purplle Elite membership page. The Fee charged may vary from time to time, and unless specifically stated otherwise, is inclusive of all taxes. The Fee is non-refundable and the membership may not be cancelled once purchased, except as provided within these terms.

Membership Benefits
Free shipping: Elite member gets unlimited free shipping on all orders on and above 149 on elite products. The cart size of 149 and above can be with both elite and non-elite product, however minimum 1 elite product must be in the cart.
Elite Rewards: Elite members receive exclusive and/or early access to sales held on all Purplle platforms. Elite members must enable notifications through email, SMS and/or the mobile app to make use of this feature.
Premium Customer Support: Elite customers will receive prioritized customer support and callbacks for any issues ensuring resolution within 24 hours. Elite customers will get no question asked refunds for a maximum of 3 times during the membership term.
Membership Conditions
Purplle reserves the right to accept or refuse Elite membership, at its sole discretion.
Elite members consent to receiving communication from Purplle through any registered medium of communication.
Elite membership or any benefits thereunder are not transferable.
Elite members may not use their membership to purchase products for the purpose of resale or rental, and the Elite services may not be used by any party to ship products to its own customers or potential customers.
Purplle may, at its sole discretion, choose to modify the benefits provided under Elite.
Purplle’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
Purplle and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to Elite.
Total liability for Elite, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the Fee last paid.
The exclusions and limitations of liability contained within these terms and in the provisions of other policies applicable to an Elite member’s use of the Purplle platform, shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law and will survive the cancellation or termination of Elite membership.
Agreement
Purplle may, in its sole discretion, alter and amend these terms or any aspect of Elite, including the “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” on the Purplle platforms, without any notice to members. You are required to visit the website from time to time and be informed of any changes in these terms and conditions.

Termination
Purplle may terminate the “Elite” membership of a user, at its sole discretion, without provision of notice, in the event that the Elite member engages in conduct that violates these terms or any applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of the Elite membership, or is harmful to the interests of Purplle or any other user on the Purplle platform.
