There is cc toll free number to call and complain. But stupid app doesn’t allow user to manually enter the recharge amount. And they don’t even list all plans for jio. So one can’t recharge in the first place.
I don’t understand how people develop such app. Do they even use it once to check whether its working fine or are there any practical difficulties etc.

I recharged my jio no. Yesterday but its not successful…& status shows failed. But i have received a message from redbus – ‘recharge successful’. Any one has the same problem & recharge is instant or it takes time?
Jio recharge always fail from redbus.

Ask them about refund on their fb page(inbox). I received refund within 10 minutes in Amazon pay wallet. Do share recharge order id with them.
