What is the offer?

redBus will offer free cancellation on select hotels in India till 2 PM one day prior to the check-in date. For example, if the check-in is on 10th June 2016, free cancellation will be valid till 2 PM on 9th June 2016.
The hotel cancellation policy will apply on any cancellation done by the customer after 2 PM on the day prior to the check-in date. The policy will be mentioned while making the hotel booking and in the booking confirmation voucher sent to the customer.
The Free Cancellation offer is valid for bookings made between 03rd Aug, 2016 and 31st Aug, 2016 for hotels in India. Offer is applicable for check-in dates till 15th Sept, 2016.
Offer is valid on select hotel bookings made for hotels in India with redBus. Free cancellation offer will not be valid for partial cancellations and offline modifications (through calls).
The offer is only applicable on www.redbus.in/...ls, m.redbus.in/hotels and redBus mobile app (Android only).
The Free Cancellation offer can be availed for a maximum of 5 hotel cancellations per user (same email ID or phone number or both) within a period of 30 days. If the number of hotel cancellations exceeds 5, the subsequent cancellations will be charged as per the hotel cancellation policy.
