1. This Redmi 6A Amazon Pay Cashback offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”). This Offer is being made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”)

2. Please read these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) before availing the Offer. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and conditions of the Offer, as provided herein below.

3. These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.

4. This Offer will commence August 15, 2019 (00:00 am) – August 18, 2019 (11:59pm) (“Offer Period”), or until the stocks of the Product (defined below) lasts, unless extended or terminated by Amazon, in its sole discretion, and without any prior notice and without liability.

5. Subject to the Offer Terms, during the Offer Period, any person who:

will be entitled to receive cashback equivalent to INR 200. For the avoidance of doubt it is clarified that a prepaid payment method means and includes any payment method through which the payment for the Product is made and deducted at the time of the purchase of the Product on Amazon.in, and includes payments made using credit card, debit card, net banking, Amazon Pay balance, EMI, multi-tender pre-paid transaction etc., and excludes payment methods like ‘Cash-on-Delivery’.

6. This Offer can be availed by a customer only once during the Offer Period. A customer cannot avail this Offer on a subsequent purchase during the Offer Period.

7. The cashback will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon.in Gift Card, issued by Quikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Card”). The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html%3FnodeId=201522610&app-nav-type=modal/ref=gcui_d_e_tc_o_d_b_w. The Cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customer (in the Amazon.in account) within 3 working days from the date of shipping of the Product.

8. The cashback under this Offer is entirely funded by the Participating Seller, to the total exclusion of Amazon.

9. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the customers under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product).

10. This Offer is not applicable on payment made by the customers using the ‘Cash on Delivery’.

11. In the event the order is returned by the customer or cancelled by the customer, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (entity operating Amazon.in), for any reason whatsoever, the order / purchase transaction will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the customer will be deemed withdrawn.

13. The queries regarding the Offer need to be directed to Amazon and will be entertained only during the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the cashback need to be directed to Amazon and will be entertained only up to August 21, 2019.

Amazon reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Neither Amazon not any of its affiliates makes no any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services, in relation to the Products. 18. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.

19. No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefits under the Offer shall be entertained by Amazon or the Participating Seller. You agree that all decisions of Amazon related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

20. This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product; or (ii) purchase of Products from sellers other than the Participating Seller.
