Once the order placed by your referred friend is delivered, we’ll reward you (‘referrer’) with a Referral e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 100 (15-day validity)
Note: A maximum of 25 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer. However, there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and conditions of the Netmeds Refer a Friend Programme (“the Program”) constitute the agreement between Netmeds.com and the Netmeds account holder in the context of the Program.
1. You, ‘the referrer’, will get a Referral e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 100 for each friend you refer, only after the order placed by them is delivered.
2. A maximum of 25 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer. However, there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
3. You cannot refer any of our existing Netmeds.com customers.
4. We will send you a Rs. 100 Referral e-Gift Voucher to your registered email address, once your referred friend’s order has been delivered.
5. The Referral e-Gift Voucher code is valid on ANY products of ANY order value on Netmeds.com.
6. The Referral e-Gift Voucher code is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Please note that expired or unused voucher codes cannot be re-issued.
7. To redeem your Referral e-Gift Voucher code, add product(s) to cart and at checkout you must enter the code in the input box provided at the Payment & Order Review page only.
8. The Referral e-Gift Voucher discount excludes delivery and COD charges.
9. Only ONE Referral e-Gift Voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
10. If an order placed using the Referral e-Gift Voucher exceeds the actual value of the voucher, then the balance amount should be paid by selecting the desired payment method at checkout.
11. If the total value of an order placed using the Referral e-Gift Voucher is less than the value of the code, then any unused portion of the code will be forfeited. No change or credit will be given.
12. The Referral e-Gift Voucher discount is on top of existing promotional discounts, as applicable, on Netmeds.com.
13. You must make referrals ONLY via Netmeds.com website or Netmeds app and not by any other means (such as through phone/email/WhatsApp) and discount cannot be given for such referrals.
14. Please note that different Referral terms and conditions will apply for Netmeds App users. The referrer, who has been rewarded with a Referral e-Gift Voucher, can redeem it either on Netmeds.com website or Netmeds app. However, those who have been referred via Netmeds App cannot redeem their referral code on Netmeds.com but can redeem it ONLY on Netmeds App.
15. Registered customers can ONLY refer their friends, and only those referrals submitted via the referral form in the MY Account section of Netmeds.com will qualify for earning a Referral e-Gift Voucher.
16. You cannot re-refer the same person you have referred before.
17. You cannot refer yourself. In other words, the Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person.
18. You must make sure to enter the correct and active email address of your referred friend.
19. Netmeds.com assumes no responsibility for any delayed, lost or undelivered email invitation sent to your referred friend(s) on your behalf.
20. Your friends’ email addresses as well as yours will be NOT be shared with any third party.
21. The Referral e-Gift Voucher is for one-time use only.
22. The Referral e-Gift Voucher cannot be re-issued back in the event the order placed using the code has been cancelled, returned or refunded.
23. The Referral e-Gift Voucher cannot be replaced if stolen or lost.
24. The Referral e-Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemable for cash or credit.
25. The Referral e-Gift Voucher discount excludes delivery and COD charges.
26. Referral discount can be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or credits unless otherwise stated.
27. Only one Referral discount can be earned for each (qualifying) Referred Customer. That is, Referral discount cannot be given for additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer.
28. The Referral discount cannot be applied to previous purchases.
29. Netmeds.com reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify you or your referral(s) from our Refer a friend programme if you or your referral(s) have been found to engage in fraudulent or other activities that violate the terms of this programme.
30. Netmeds.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Refer & Earn programme at any time without prior notice.
31. By entering into the Programme, both you and your referral(s) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Programme. You, the referrer, permit Netmeds.com to email your friend(s), referencing your name as the referrer.
32. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai.
