1. Consumer to get 10% cashback on amount paid at Reliance Fresh & Reliance SMART stores using Jio money
2. Campaign is valid from 19th Nov 2016 till 08th Jan 2017
3. Cashback shall not given on any cancelled/refund/disputed transactions
4. Cashback will be credited to users Jio money account with in 2 working days from date if successful transaction subject to regulatory limits
5. RRL reserves the right to, any stage and at its discretion modify or end or call back any of its offer with out prior notice
6. In case of disputes, the decision of RRL will be final
7. Any tax in relation to the cashback shall be borne by the consumer
8. Consumer may get in touch with RRL for any issues in relation to this offer for resolution
9. User will receive cashback only on 2 transactions per day

@DealSeeker – what is reliance smart?
They used to call it Reliance Mart earlier. Not sure about the specifics. But based on my experience, it’s basically a bigger and better version of Reliance Fresh which also sells electronics/appliances (i.e. combined with Reliance Digital).

Offtopic, Looking forward to buying a 2 Ton Inverter/5 star split AC (Hitachi preferably).
Which website should I be heading to? Amazon/Fk hardly have 2 Ton models (mostly 1/1.5 ton models).
The only place I could find listings was Tata croma website but the prices are in no sync with market trends. 
Do I need to venture out of my office to buy this AC? (Damn, those brick and mortar stores)

I didnt received cb for txn done on 17th dec.
Already ticket raised with jio money after 48 hours, still they are working, no cb yet.
On the contrary, I have received cashback within just 15-20 hours for my transactions. I hope you didn’t exceed the daily 2 transaction limit.

No, that’s a different deal valid only for online orders at RelianceFreshDirect with different T&Cs, like max cashback of 500, etc.
