Activity date & time
1. The event will commence at 2pm on 6th December 2016.
2. Vision Distribution Private Limited (referred to as “Vision” hereafter), as the authorized seller on Honor Store (https://store.hihonor.c...n/), reserves the right to change the date & time of the event at its discretion.

Who can take part?
1. The event is open to all https://store.hihonor....in registered users who are residents of India, aged 18 years old and above.
2. The event is applicable within India only.

Rs. 1 flash sale
1. The flash sale product is Honor Selfie Stick (Blue). There are 10 units.
2. The flash sale is on a first come first served basis.
3. Each user is only allowed to grab a maximum of ONE unit.
4. All users who place order successfully get the chance to buy Honor Selfie Stick (Blue) at Rs. 1.
5. All order(s) without FULL payment made within 24 hours shall be cancelled automatically.
6. Users who use including but not limited to malicious software will be disqualified.
7. Vision reserves the right to review and cancel Rs. 1 orders in case of suspicious activity.
8. Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes standard 5 to 7 working days for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Vision reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.

1. By participating in this event, you should and will be deemed to read, understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy of Huawei.
2. By participating in this event, you agree and provide consent to Honor Store and Vision to the use of any personal data as provided by you for the purpose of participation to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Vision for lawful purpose directly related to the running of events including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the events.
3. Vision reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
4. This Event and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this contest.
