I am getting below error for my non-kyc account. 10k monthly limit is not reached.

For my non-kyc MK a/c, facing problem only with: Add money, Receive money
ALso, getting kyc done itself is an issue i am facing, as otp method not working, and it says mobikwik agents will come, and they have not come for months now.
Does MK have a CC contact no, or even a working CC email id…? 
ASAIK, only chat / messages based help is working for me on app and site..

No. SC usage on GCs was removed probably after extensive discussion on its usage at GC sites & high publicity on forums (like DD)/youtube-and MK’s internal data analysis would hv hinted at possible gross/increasing misuse, and also may be their strategy to prefer customers using SC for non-GC items i.e. actual purchases… They hv revised their T&C accordingly.
As mentioned on MK app, it can be used to get discount (900-1000 per month) on txns done at merchants mentioned on MK site. For many ppl-incl me, even this is useful, especially given high SC rates like 100%!! Though yes, T&C of MK SC remain volatile and hence risk is there, especially if one accumulates high SC!!
T: Useful for buying stuff from designated merchants and as per SC T&C. For other ppl, other wallet options are also available openly-in case they r not comfortable with MK wallet (especially if it is non-kyc MK wallet)!!

Order food for 300. get 300 SC.
Finallly spending 400 . get 100+500SC back.

Beware guys… Mobikwik put those limits in mid-dec after running so many 100% offer in Nov-Dec. Don’t be surprised same happens after these 100% offers.

No but there is a limit for total add money according to kyc/non-kyc users for a month.
