I am a IT Technician and trust me this is one of the worst LAPTOP brand on earth. You will skip your heart beat when you will come to know price for the spare parts. Battery comes for 15,000 (15 Thousand) ..

This is one of the worst LAPTOP brand on earth. Don’t go with it. Worst after sales service and you have to call Authorized guy only for the thing which be done by yourself and they charge 1,500 for per visit, Re-paring cost will be additional to this.
