You should upload the pics of the damaged wallet on koovs Facebook page and ask them for replacement/refund.

the box and the logo looks authentic with dec 2010 manufacturing date…….!!

the button (close pocket for coins) is with full of rust which made marks inside the purse…. all the pockets are sticked to each other and there are a lot of marks over it which I guess its because of very old stock packed in for so long time….

seems to be toooooo old stock packed in new boxes…..!!
