Medlife will either ;
1. Change the quantities of medicine you order.
2. They will delay your order because one of the medicines you ordered is Out of Stock
3. They may even change the offer /discount after the order is processed.
Last order I attempted, were 4 medicines, of which they removed 2 of them stating out of stock. 1 of them they changed quantities (increased stock without approval) and later changed the final discount from 40% to 25%.
I always prefer Netmeds – Best Offer, Pharmeasy and 1MG (for quick deliveries). They show exact stock available while placing order and send it whereas Medlife shows medicine is in stock at the time of order but later it goes out of stock. This is not once but every time I place the order. What is the use of offer, if they don’t process it as per given order.
The attached screenshot of my last order. They changed this discount from 40% to 25% while processing order. I canceled the order finally.
