although both of them hv the same specifications except for the 7.1 audio channel port in the 2nd one

4003 has only one HDMI port, where as 4000 has two ports

guys what about dealer warranty? can we rely on it?

And, will the product be untampered with? Like replacing original parts with duplicate.

kindly guide me as I need to purchase two tvs for my elder brother in a day or two.

Dealer warranty is almost equivalent to Grey market purchase (One cannot be sure if the product is eligible for International warranty – serial warranty with invoice copy – there are numerous instances where even genuine imports warranty claims are unattended or rejected by samsung india. So its better to go for manufacturer warranty or if not atleast by third party warranty like servepro warranty product which you can find in ebay.
