Samsung Pay app will support NFC and MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technology which will work on any POS machine. MST allows a user to send a magnetic signal from a smartphone to the payment terminal’s card reader.
Note that currently Samsung pay payment option will not support online purchases and will work only for in-store purchases.

First of all Samsung pay can’t be used for online purchases except paytm(via Samsung Pay)
Only South Korea has recently launched samsung pay for online shopping.
And Samsung pay is just more secure than paytm & even paytm is samsung pay is now more secured.

Don’t regret bro. You can get cashback. Just see any compatible device your friends having and just do the transaction with their phone and get cashback.

You have to wait more days for NFC enabled devices. Might be after Samsung S8 launch.
BTW you can try downloading Samsung pay app from Google, or Sammobile & then it might work.

You can try downloading Samsung pay app on NFC enabled device if you have. It might work.
And please confirm here also if it works or not. 
How to pay threw samsung pay
step1- have all the compatible devices listed now.
step2- Update the software to latest version
step3- Open samsung pay & register(Samsung pay PIN/ fingerprint)
step4- Add supported cards.
Step5- Now from any screen(lock screen or home screen) swipe up your card & authenticate using your samsung pay PIN or you fingerprint.
Step6- Air the card in side the PoS terminal for MST enabled devices & swipe on screen for NFC enables PoS.
Step7- Enter the amount in PoS machine and if the last 4 digit is asked then don’t provide your last 4 digit or card provide the last 4 digit written below the card on side(Tokenised)
Step8- Now enter your ATM PIN on PoS.
Viola! Transaction successful.
Remember- You will get all reward benefit for you card apply on samsung pay also.
So, why are you waiting Just go out and Swipe your card & surprise the merchant

Samsung Pay is only available on compatible Samsung devices with the original software. Rooted or custom operating systems installed on the device are not supported.
Check if its working in Non-Samsung NFC Mobile, then it will be loot….

Yesterday faced error while payment with my credit card nd debit card (Axis bank). ICICI debit card worked smoothly. Escalat issue at customer care. They are working in it. Instant response from CC.

Icici cc made it more embarrassing as it gave pin error

Bro, as per your para, it seems that your MST doesn’t recognise on their POS. Mainly the fault is of PoS.
Actually my max. time for holding the phone beside PoS was only 2sec and with back cover.
Do you have back cover on it?
BTW if you have AXIS then try with that. As i have only AXIS card from supported cards.

Has anybody received cashback for any of the Samsung Pay offers yet?
I know the card related cashback were/are supposed to be credited 60 days after the offer expiration. But I have not even received the UPI cashback which was supposed to be credited 30 days after the UPI transactions (it’s been 40 days already for me). CC @A2Zdeals
