Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow Convenience Fees and/or any additional amount of transaction to be borne by the voucher user. User can claim up to 1 ticket of up to Rs. 250 each. User can book more number of tickets in the transaction. User can book tickets of higher denomination, by paying addiyional amount.

Got the voucher just now. It is for the first transaction during offer period and so it will work for both old and new users. Here is what you need to do.
First open Samsung Pay, go to offer page and sign up for the offer
Visit any shop and do a POS transaction via Samsung Pay using your credit or debit card. Any amount will do.
Almost immediately you will get a notification from Samsung Pay app saying you have a BookMyShow voucher. Click on it and view the voucher code.
Technically it is a WinPin code and NOT BookMyShow voucher, which means you need to use the entire value of ₹250 in a single transaction.
