Amazon Pay UPI is an easy, fast & secure way to make your everyday payments. You can now register for UPI through Amazon.in Android App on the version 18.5 or above and create your own UPI ID (e.g. phonenumber@apl). You can link your savings bank account to it and start making payments by scanning any UPI QR code at nearby stores, make payments on Amazon.in app and other third party apps/websites that accept UPI.

Open Amazon app -> Click on “Scan” icon -> Scan any UPI QR code at nearby store -> Complete the payment.

Scan any UPI QR Code using Amazon app and make a payment of Rs 10 or more at nearby stores between 11:00 am, 1st Jan 2020 and 23:59 pm, 31st Jan 2020. After doing a successful UPI Scan transaction for the eligible amount, you will receive an email (if you have a registered email account with Amazon) or SMS (if you have an account with only mobile number registered) with the offer details. 1. This limited period promotional offer, namely Shopping (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available to:

(i) Select customers who complete a transaction purchase of any product or service for a minimum value of INR 10 at any Store that accepts payments through scanning of a QR code using the Amazon.in App; and pay using Scan & Pay functionality by scanning the QR code available at the Store and elect to pay through the Amazon UPI payment method from 11:00 am, 1st January 2020 to 23:59 pm, 31st January 2020, will be eligible to ‘unlock shopping offer’ by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”).
3. (ii) The “unlocked offer” once collected will enable customers to get 50% back upto Rs 200 on shopping on Amazon.in
4. (iii) The “unlocked offer” is valid from 11:00 am, 1st January 2020 to 23:59 pm, 7th February 2020
5. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail for the purposes of this Offer
6. All residents of India having an Amazon.in account, who undertake the steps listed in these Offer Terms are eligible to avail this Offer, in respect of shopping on Amazon. It is clarified that this Offer is available only on payments made using Amazon Pay.
7. The Offer is valid from 11:00 am, 1st January 2020 to 23:59 pm, 31st January 2020 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by APIPL in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
8. To participate in this Offer and to avail the benefits under this Offer, a customer is required to make a scan & pay transaction at offline stores of Rs.10 or more during the “Offer Period” and make payment for such transaction using Amazon Pay UPI on Amazon app (“Eligible Customer”).
9. If an Eligible Customer, completes a scan & pay transaction at an offline store during the period of 11:00 am, 1st January 2020 to 23:59 pm, 31st January 2020, then such Eligible Customer will be qualified to unlock the shopping offer for an amount equivalent to 50% of the shopping transaction on Amazon.in, upto Rs 200, valid till 7th February 2020. Customers need to ‘collect’ the offer before availing the benefit on the shopping transaction. Without collecting the offer the benefit won’t be applied
10. The cashback benefit will be provided to the Eligible Customer in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card, issued by QuikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
11. The Benefit (as applicable) will be provided to the Eligible Customer within 3 business days of the shipping date of the shopping purchase.
12. The benefit under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other similar offer for products on Amazon.in.
13. An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the benefits in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the shopping transaction. The Offer is not applicable on purchase of the following ineligible / excluded products: Laptops, Mobiles, Precious Jewellery, Furniture, Forrest Essentials, Smartphones, ovens, dishwasher, chimney, Fridges, Washing Machines, TVs, Large Appliances, Silver Jewellery, Prime, Gift Cards, Load Amazon Pay Balance, mobile prepaid recharges, bill payments.
14. An Eligible Customer will not be eligible for this Offer if the order under purchase transaction is returned by the Eligible customer or cancelled by the Eligible Customer, seller or ASSPL, for any reason whatsoever, such order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
15. APIPL reserves the right without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
16. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
17. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit (under this Offer) be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL.
18. This Offer cannot be availed on: (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products mentioned above; (ii) purchase of a product on Amazon.in during the Offer Period using pay-on-delivery payment method;
19. By participating in this Offer, every customer (including an Eligible Customer) expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the Eligible Customer’s use any product purchased on Amazon.in or by making the shopping Transaction or use of the product associated with the shopping Transaction.
20. Neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status or provision of Benefit). You hereby release APIPL, ASSPL and their affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
21. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits under the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
22. Neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and the seller. All disputes relating to a shopping Transaction will be resolved by the relevant seller only. All such disputes shall be resolved between the customers and such seller inter se.
23. Any query / issue in relation to the benefits under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only up to 31st January 2020 (i.e upto the end of the offer period).
24. Customers are not bound in any way to participate or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
25. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
26. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
