The question is.. has anyone got cb for MTNL payment?

All other eligible vendors show ‘BharatQR’ option with full details of this offer as pop-up.
When one is trying MTNL payment through Billdesk option, it shows ‘mVisa’ option and not ‘BharatQR’. Also, the offer pop-up doesnt show.

Even though the Visa page does mention MTNL as an eligible vendor for the offer. Can anyone who paid MTNL in July/August please confirm?
