When will I get the cashback?
Cashback will be processed to your debit card within 2 business days after the money has been successfully received by the recipient
Offer Terms and Conditions
a. This Offer is provided to you by Thumbworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd., via the Walnut and WalnutPay app
b. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current debit card issued by MasterCard or Visa
c. The Offer will run from November 11, 2016 and end on 11:59pm on November 18, 2016, unless extended by Walnut, and can be redeemed once per user during this period
d. Under this Offer, Walnut will provide cashback worth 10% of the money sent via Walnut/WalnutPay, subject to a maximum of Rs. 75. Any transaction that does not go through and where the money is not received by the recipient will not be eligible for the Offer
e. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
f. Walnut reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add or modify these terms and conditions and to disqualify any user if any fraudulent activity is detected as being carried out for availing the benefit under this Offer
g. All disputes between the Walnut/WalnutPay app users and Thumbworks, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Pune only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction

Yes its visa to visa transaction via Icici bank gateway no wallet in between while the user needs to reciecve via same mode then post2 days 10% cb is posted in your acc
While it’s not as simple as PHONEPE or paytm because I it’s primarily a financial management and app for so it’s a bit cumbersome in activation and send money
What’s the timeline you haven’t received? Have you raised the issue with them, have your sent money been received
It’s visa to visa card transfer & they are adding master card also
So it would be reciecved in card linked acc only

Transferred from ICICI to hdfc and from HDFC to ICICI and got rs 75 cashback on both the accounts.
