This seller is new and has listed all products extremely cheap (about 90% less than competitors). There’s a huge chance this seller is fake, in that case we are covered by aliexpress buyer protection. I asked aliexpress customer care, they said sometimes new sellers sale stuff extremely cheap to gather new orders and some feedbacks.
If you order any stuff, I’d advise you to set google reminder so that you can claim refund in case you don’t get item. He’s shipping all items with registered post, which offers tracking inside india too.

How do u get $5 coupon
Two of my AliExpress order are not delivered. Not even able to track them since a month. Anyone faced this issue ?
BTW, I’m an importer with import export license. I have been importing from ali (baba n express) from a long time. You sometimes don’t receive items you ordered from ali, and I know how it feels. We need to take some precautions when ordering from ali. If you do that, you will get your products no doubt. Ali is the daddy of flipkart and amazon. where do you think amazon/flipkart sellers get their stuff from?
About India post customs, you guys should know that, India post runs it’s own custom dept. It has its own stupid rules on how to charge the custom. It’s totally unpredictable. General rule is that, if the article isn’t declared as gift then it’ll be charged custom no matter what is the cost. Yesterday I paid Rs. 1187 custom in post office for stuff costing 31$. It also depends how big is the item or how heavy it is. If you bought a heavy backpack costing just $1, you’ll likely be charged custom on that. It also depends on the sourcing post. India post doesn’t give free treatment to german post (DHL) as much as it gives to china post.

If the seller is shipping multiple orders in a single shipment, then he is most probably a fraud seller.
This is usually the modus operandi of fraud sellers.
Most of the sellers do that. I myself have done it when I used to receive orders on eBay India. It’s a norm.
Those who you have ordered and your orders have shipped, your buyer protection will run out in 58 days or so. So do this one thing, say these words to your mobile
“Ok Google remind me to check on AliExpress orders in 56 days”
This way it’ll remind you two days before your buyer protection runs out. And if you hadn’t receive your products by then, you can dispute for full refund. I do this always when I’m ordering from AliExpress. I also use this life hack for mobile prepaid recharges, insurance renew etc.

Yes, at least tracking no. are diff. Let’s see, though it’s a habit of rogue sellers to provide wrong tracking no. But within a day or two u can see the destination county on the tracking website so please update on this. It would be great more users provide feedback regarding the shipping.
Kindly share your experiences after receiving your products which is very important for future buys and to the people who are new here. My experience is a mixed one with Ali, mostly on positive side. Always buy items in different orders, if seller ship in single pack, then you may need to pay to customs. As already said by some dimers here, no one can guess exact rate of customs. Avoid ordering high price items like more than 2000rs.

Negative experiences aren’t originating from aliexpress but they are generated by our corrupt Indian post. We shouldn’t blame aliexpress for that.
Most of the aliexpress sellers have turnover greater than 10k$ daily. They aren’t going to be benefiting by stealing our dimes.
India is way too much communist compared to China. India should open market to other countries’ post departments like how china has done it. It’ll pave a way for better logistics in the country.
Generally these sellers are fake and they use it to generate free capital for 1-2 months. Not to mention the amount we’ll lose on currency exchange

Why weren’t you given the refund? can you explain? Buyer protection timed out?
AliExpress dispute team is pathetic, I ordered one product and it’s not working perfectly, I opened the dispute and gave the video evidence to AliExpress, AliExpress judges it’s valid and gave the proposal of refund only without returning goods and mentioned 3 days response time. After 3 days final judgement Return goods and refund and I am unable to contact for my dispute because they close the dispute after judgement. Very poor services from AliExpress, my suggestion don’t go for huge purchases

my ordered was never delivered even after 2 years. It was shipped, but didnt delivered. I suggest to better buy same product within India, else you will lose money

16 items? Holly molly. We are not sure if the seller is 100% real or not. 16 items, I’m not even sure if that’s possible to ship through a single registered post. Because it has weight restrictions.

If you guys have received china registered tracking number than you should be able to track it from india post after a week.
