Yes if you give missed call and got confirmation sms. Once I received cashback only for just making a missed call even without spending.

gave missed call but no confirmation SMS . i think offer applicable only for select customers .
but this offer expired.
Loaded Rupizo wallet thrice for Rs. 5000 each during the offer period with my debit card. But no cashback so far. However neither received any communication of the offer, nor any sms after giving the missed call.

in addition to the regular general clause:

So probably those who did not get the sms/email/other communication about the offer are legally not eligible. The offer may be meant for people opening new accounts/accounts with no transaction for long periods, ICICI may be sending sms’s to such people. Due to some technical glitch earlier, people may have received cashback after registering for the offer even without getting a formal communication
