This Amazon Pay – Go Cashless – EaseMyTrip Offer (“Offer”) and the benefits are provided to you by Easy Trip Planners Private Limited and made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited.

This Offer is available to all customers, who make purchases on the www.ama...in website, the mobile site or the mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) and pay for such purchases using any electronic payment method i.e. debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay Balance, EMI and UPI (each an “Electronic Payment Method”) available on Amazon.in.

1) How do I get this Offer? 
Purchase products from third party sellers on the www.ama...in website or the mobile site or the mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) and pay for such purchase using any electronic payment method, such as debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay Balance, EMI and UPI (“Electronic Payment Method”), during the Offer Period and get an EaseMyTrip coupon code (“EaseMyTrip Code”). Such EaseMyTrip Code can be used to avail (i) instant discount of INR 450 on any one-way flight ticket; or (ii) instant discount of INR 650 on any round trip flight ticket; provided the flight ticket is worth at least INR 3,000. 
This Offer is valid only for customers who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned under the terms and conditions for the said Offer. Cancelled orders will not be eligible to receive the benefits under this Offer. The orders for which the eligible customer chooses Pay on Delivery (“POD”) as the payment option will not be eligible for this Offer. 
2) Can I avail the Offer on more than 1 (one) purchase? 
This Offer can only be availed by a customer once during the Offer Period, i.e. this Offer can only be availed the first time a customer makes a purchase on Amazon.in during the Offer Period and makes the payment for such purchase using any of the Electronic Payment Method. The Offer will not be applicable on any subsequent purchase made by the customer on Amazon.in during the Offer Period. 
3) What is the minimum transaction size? 
None. Every purchase completed on Amazon.in will be eligible to avail the Offer, provided the customer fulfills the eligibility criteria prescribed under the terms and conditions of the Offer. 
4) When will I receive the EaseMyTrip Code? 
Eligible Customers will receive the EaseMyTrip Code by June 25, 2018.

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to: (a) the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in; and (b) the EaseMyTrip terms and conditions and the EaseMyTrip Code (as defined below) redemption terms provided by Easy Trip.
3. This Offer will be valid only on June 14, 2018 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon or Easy Trip in their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability.
4. 5. The EaseMyTrip Code can be redeemed to avail (i) INR 450 instant discount on any one-way flight ticket; or (ii) INR 650 instant discount on any round trip flight ticket; provided the flight ticket is worth at least INR 3,000. It is hereby clarified that the EaseMyTrip Code can only be redeemed while making flight bookings on EaseMyTrip website, corresponding mobile site or mobile application (downloaded on Android & iOS).
6. It is hereby clarified that the customers shall not be eligible to avail this Offer or receive the EaseMyTrip Code, in the event the customer makes payment for his/her order through Pay-on-Delivery’ payment method.
7. Subject to the Offer Terms and other applicable conditions, the EaseMyTrip Code will be valid only till September 30, 2018, which means that the Eligible Customer must redeem the EaseMyTrip Code on or before such date.
8. The Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the EaseMyTrip Code if the order for the Product is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Eligible Customer, the seller or Amazon, or if such purchased Product is returned by the Eligible Customer. In such cases, the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
9. This Offer can only be availed by the Eligible Customer once during the Offer Period. In other words, an Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive only 1 (one) EaseMyTrip Code during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of purchases made by the Eligible Customer.
10. The Offer is not valid on purchase of Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, annual Prime membership, jewelry, kindle e-books, mobile recharges, utility payments, tickets (travel, movie and event) and hotel bookings. (collectively, “Excluded Products”).
11. In the event any Eligible Customer fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria stated in these Offer Terms, such Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the EaseMyTrip Code under this Offer.
12. By participating in this Offer, every Eligible Customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such Eligible Customer’s use or misuse, verification, redemption and/or any other matter in relation to the EaseMyTrip Code or the Offer.
13. The EaseMyTrip Code or the benefits under this Offer cannot be redeemed / settled in cash and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion available on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
14. Amazon will send the EaseMyTrip Code to the Eligible Customer (subject to these Offer Terms) through e-mail or SMS on the email address or mobile number (as applicable) of the Eligible Customer registered with its Amazon.in account, or a notification on the Amazon.in mobile application, on or before June 25, 2018. Amazon will receive the EaseMyTrip Code from Easy Trip and will distribute the same to the Eligible Customers on “as-is” basis.
15. Any queries in relation to the EaseMyTrip Code (including use, redemption or value of benefits) should be addressed directly to Easy Trip. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, use or misuse of the EaseMyTrip Code in any manner whatsoever.
16. All disputes between the Eligible Customer and Easy Trip will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and Easy Trip.
17. No customer is bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary.
18. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or Easy Trip to conduct further any similar or other offers.
19. Amazon reserves the right to add, alter, and modify these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without liability, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
