How does the promotion work?

Scenario
I am customer who has placed 2 orders during the offer period and following are the details.
• Order 1 – Rs. 1000 (Paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) – Eligible
• Order 2 – Rs. 2000 (Rs. 1000 paid through Amazon Pay balance + Rs. 1000 paid through other payment methods) – Not eligible

Am I eligible for the promotion and how much would I be eligible for?
Answer : Yes you are eligible for the promotion for order 1. The overall eligible spend here is the amount spent through Amazon Pay balance, which is Rs. 1000 in the 1st order. However for Order 2, you will not be eligible for the offer as the payment has not been entirely made by Amazon Pay balance

(i) 10% cash back as Amazon Pay balance, if you shop on Amazon.in for Fashion (Apparels, Shoes, Jewelry, Luggage, Handbags, Sunglasses, Watches categories) using the website www.ama...in, mobile site or mobile App up to a maximum of Rs. 200
(Site and App are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Amazon.in”)
(b) The Offer is available from 11th February to 21st February, 2017 (“Offer Period”).

2. How can I avail this offer?
There are no other special steps to avail this Offer and you just need to follow the regular purchase process on Amazon.in. However, please note the entire amount needs to be paid from your Amazon Pay balance.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail cash back is Rs. 1000 across all transactions on Amazon.in for Amazon Fashion categories, net of refunds and cancellations.

4. What is the maximum cashback that I can avail?
The maximum cash back per Amazon.in customer is Rs.200 across Site and App during the Offer Period.

5. Is cash back under this Offer applicable on credit and debit cards?
No, it is only applicable to amounts spent for purchases using Amazon Pay balance.

6. My Amazon.in order includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for a cash back under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
No, the cash back under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of:
(a)Amazon.in Gift Card(s),
(b)Bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs)
