This offer is redeemable in the form of Cluesbucks only. Instant cashback is not applicable for these product. Cluesbucks cannot be exchanged for cash nor are transferable.

CluesBucks will be credited to the customer’s ‘My CluesBucks’ section on ShopClues, within 2 working days of delivery of order.

The t&c doesn’t exclude payment by cluesbucks. For many of their previous offers (90% cashback, I think), I had paid by cluesbucks and received cash back. Note that the cash back cluesbucks is valid only for 5 days. You current cluesbucks will most likely have a much longer validity.
I had purchased an item (pack of 50 threads) using cluesbucks. Not received the item yet. I have another item lined up for purchase once I get the cashback.
last time i purchased with cluebuck, still not received cb! so i think purchase with cluebucks will not work surely.

Shipping charges are excluded from the cash back. Effectively, that the price we pay for the item + forced to buy something else that we may not need.
