I think the model is discontinued… and personally will not go for Dealer’s warranty…
but for those who are ready to take a risk a good price…
getting a LED from thailand is same , as those LED’s ( most of them ) do not have international warranties.
lastly … VU for price..
It hasn’t been discontinued…

PS
Even I prefer not to buy a product with seller/dealer warranty
But the EBAY link says “BRAND NEW SONY BRAVIA KLV-40EX430 40” LED TV WITH BILL AND 1 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY**".
I bought one SAMSUNG LCD 32’’(from Ebay, with 1 year dealer warranty). I tried registering it online for SAMSUNG warranty. I got a reply from SAMSUNG saying my warranty got registered. Now-a-days all companies started giving international warranty.
I personally believe that within a year nothing will happen to LCD or LED TVs.(I work in this industry, most problem arises atleast an year later).
Voted up.

I read on flipkart..
Year back, I have brought SONY 32BX320 at 18K from Ebay (dealer warranty) no issue till date and it’s SONY )
Seller is sending product imported from Singapore, is expected to be in good in quality. Indian importers usually import from china, that are not good in quality. I bought Dell laptop that is USA imported from Indore and its still alive after 6 years…
Its a nice product. Launched just few months ago. If you are ok with a dealer warranty you can easily go for this. Basically all this sellers import tvs form different region and sell(Grey market types) I don’t see anything wrong with the tv/deal. Just note that this tv is Direct LED type. it has LED lights behind the panel in groups(no dimming though) unlike the EDGE based which has LED bulbs on the edges with light guides spreading the light around panel. Also this tv weights only 6.9kg(half the weight of any other panel around 40inch)
Grey market price
32EH4003 19200-19500
32EH4000 19500-20200
32EH5000 23200-23500
40EH5000 30000-31000
40EX430 31500-32500
above price are from Gaffar market, new delhi on 11th Jan 2013, any further change depend on your dress & your bargain skills
Product are from Thailand.
Forget any Dealer warranty.

If in Delhi/ Mumbai
1. Buy a return ticket to Dubai for ~15k
2. Plan a 3-star holiday for 2-3 days (max cost 10k, stay with a friend or budget hotel)
3. Buy Samsung 39 inch Full HD LED for 21k from Carrefour
So get a TV + holiday for <price of a TV (excl hotel/ stay)
