Paytm Orders are getting cancelled … Careful ….

For the last one week Paytm is cancelling my orders, once I place an order, it goes to the status …

Confirmed … Ready to Be Shipped … Waiting for Courier Pick up and Next it is getting cancelled

I noticed this yesterday, I found something wrong and contacted Paytm care (on Twitter) immediately, they replied that, I am using multiple accounts to single shipping address, so they are Cancelling the orders, they told I should not place any orders from any account, otherwise account will be Blocked.
In fact I am using 2 accounts, one is mine and 2nd is my wife’s account
After that I replied them that, me and my wife is using 2 accounts, and I will tell my wife to not use account, and after that they have not replied anything yet

So be careful …

I faced trouble with this

Trouble is
I wanted to place Graphics card of worth 39,500, Placed cancelled, Placed cancelled … happened 3 times … 3 orders got cancelled and, as this is huge amount, it cannot be transfered to wallet also.
Orders got cancelled and flagged with red message as REFUND ERROR, even though I requested Paytm to Transfer to Bank and they have transfered also, it will take 5+ to 10 working days to get money back to source

Now my creditcard is exhaused and not able to use it till any refund comes

So, if anyone got this same problem and got thier problem resolved, please let me know a way out … So many people using multiple accounts, I don’t know why/how they caught only me
