Yes mfg dates of sep/oct 2017 with 18 months expiry, so should last more than that as it is July. Also its not totally about them selling at discounted prices but various discounts stacking up inadvertently.

Since you are a beginner, you don’t even need any kind kind of supplements.
Still you can go with just whey protein that too as a post workout thing. (immediately after workout)
Once you start lifting a bit heavy like 30 pounds in various exercises then also continue with whey.
After some days if you feel tired/muscle cringe then you can start with BCAA.
That’s it.
If you are looking to go more advanced like 6pack and stuff in very less time, in the end you will screw yourself.
