 ‘Vouchers on POS’ (“Program”) is open to Selected Credit Cardholders of IndusInd Bank Limited
(“IndusInd Bank”/”Bank”), who have a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit Card (the last 4 digits
mentioned in the communication) and who have received communication regarding the offer
(“Eligible Cardholders” and “Eligible Card Account”).
 For the purpose of this promotion, Program Period would mean the dates mentioned in the present
communication sent to the cardholder. Program is valid for both start and end days mentioned in the
communication.
 Only Point of Sale (POS) Transactions done during the Program Period would be eligible for benefits
under this program (Eligible Transactions). For the purpose of the Program, Point of Sale transactions
would mean Purchase Transactions done using the Eligible IndusInd Bank Credit Card at a Physical
Merchant Outlet using the card Face to Face(Card Present Only). Internet Transaction, Online Bill
payments, Wallet loading, IVR Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or through
Standing Instructions, Cash Withdrawal and Loan on Phone transactions will not be considered for the
purpose of this program.
 For the purpose of this program, eligible cardholders need to do spends at least INR 25000 at POS
(eligible spends) in the Program period on the eligible IndusInd Bank Credit Card in order to be eligible
for benefits under this program (Qualification Criterion).
 Once the Eligible Cardholder achieves the Qualification Criterion, Cardholder will get a coupon code
to activate the Vouchers totalling to INR 1000.
 Only Settled POS Transactions i.e. Offline Transactions done during the program period which are
successfully posted into the customer’s eligible card account within 8 days after the last date of
Program period will be considered for the purpose of this Program.
 The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank that has not been settled by
the Merchant within the time period mentioned.
 Only approved undisputed POS transactions will be eligible for being considered under the Program.
All transactions that have been carried out on the Card in the offer period and reversed subsequently
for any reason whatsoever shall not be considered for cashback.
 For the purpose of calculating eligibility under this program, i.e. POS Spends of INR 25000 or more in
program period, net transactions during the offer period will be considered. Any transaction reversal
or purchase credit received in the offer period will be deducted from total spends made in the offer
period.
 Spends made using Add-on card (if any) will accrue in the account of Primary Cardholder for calculating
Achievement and eligibility under this Program.
 Vouchers under this program will not be sent if the cardholder has an overdue outstanding at any time
during the offer period or at the time of fulfilment.
 Participation in the Program is purely on a voluntary basis and this Program shall be in addition to and
not in substitution/abrogation of any other features and benefits of the Card
 IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for non-receipt or delivery of any SMS/other
communication relating to this program due to any reason beyond the control of IndusInd Bank
 The participation in the Program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Card member of all the
terms and conditions governing the Program
 To be eligible for participating in the program, the Cardholder must maintain a clean payment record
in respect of his/her Credit Card i.e. the Cardholder should not have failed to pay the minimum amount
due on his/her Card during the Offer Period or at the time of fulfilment by IndusInd Bank
 The Bank at its sole discretion can decide Cardholders who can avail this Program. Delinquent Credit
Card members will not be eligible for the benefits of this offer. “Delinquent Credit Card Account”
means an account of a Cardholder which has an outstanding which is past due or which, in the sole
opinion of the Bank, has unsatisfactory credit standing. Cardholders whose Credit Card accounts are
currently delinquent or become delinquent at any time before the Credit of Cashback, will be ineligible
for the benefits of this Program
 If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program Period or before the Credit
of Cashback, all benefits under the Program shall lapse. This includes any relationship terminated
either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
 The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to
the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card and shall at all times be read along with terms
of the Cardholders’ Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem
appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions
contained herein and the Cardholders’ Agreement, then terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement to
prevail the present conditions.
 The fulfilment upon qualification under the program will be done in September 2019. Upon
qualification, the cardholder will receive the code to activate the vouchers. Following are the details
& TnCs for the 4 vouchers.

 You will see the offers available to you. You will have to redeem the 4 vouchers individually

Validity: 3 months from the date of issue
Steps to redeem:
 Go to the payment section in the Uber app
 Tap “Add Payment Method” and select “Gift Card”
 Enter your gift code
 You can now see Uber credits added to your account
 Once a gift card is added to an Uber account, it can’t be transferred. You can’t reload a gift
card but you can add as many gift cards as you like with each upto a maximum of INR 10,000.
 Valid for a period of 3 months from the date of activation and shall expire if not availed within
the validity period.
 Gift card can only be added through the Uber app; Gift cards are redeemable across both Uber
& Uber Eats app.
 Gift cards are available within India in cities where Uber or Uber Eats is available.
 Uber Gift Cards can also be redeemed partially, as many times as the user wishes to until its
balance is consumed or the Gift Card expires, whichever is earlier.
 Some in-store and corporate offers may not be valid on this card.
 Uber Gift Cards cannot be returned/refunded.
 This Gift Card can be redeemed when setting up a new Uber account. Also redeemable on an

 Maximum price of the ticket at the cinema will be INR 250/- (This includes convenience fees

entitles a customer to a single movie ticket.
 The ticket can be booked for any show from Monday to Thursday and for morning shows from
