For Rs.350 ticket we can use Rs.250 voucher, for Rs.600 we can use Rs.500 wala….

I am having issue in redeeming 500 Rs train gift voucher. It is only giving me Rs 260 as discount. I have raised the issue with the paytm but no resolution even after 24 hrs.
