I ordered food last night from this only
I didn’t knew that Zomato doesn’t allow cancellation and charges whole amount even if you cancel after a min of confirmation.
My money was lost once on the order they even denied the delivery as they said food is prepared and it will be wasted although it was just a min after order placing when I cancelled so I asked for delivery again they denied I was even ready to pay extra delivery.
I don’t like this about them,showed a fine as well .I was like what is the fine for ,I didn’t get my food and you charge me as well after 2-3 weeks of not ordering fine didnt show up again but very annoying.
