For any CRED user who got the Swiggy coupon but could not redeem it, please check your Swiggy accounts and you should see the Cred discount coupon there under offers.
Looks like they did bind the coupon to the user after all. 
I don’t have any coupon in Swiggy app. I didn’t redeem it 5 times but only 2 times.
I get the generic coupon SWCRED in my coupons section which can be redeemed as per the T&C I got in Cred.
My swiggy a/c number is different from cred and Wen I tried changing my number of swiggy it says number used by someone in last 6 month. What to do now?
