Terms and Conditions

1. 4G LTE services are only available in select towns and cities. Please visit www.airtel...4g for a complete list of the same.

2. The offer allows use of 4G services on the Airtel 4G hotspot device for a data limit of 2 GB for a period of three (3) days. The 4G services cannot be recharged or topped-up once the 2 GB data limit has been exhausted within the offer period of 3 days.

3. This offer is only available to Indian citizens over eighteen (18) years of age.

4. A subscriber willing to avail the offer will need to give a refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,300/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred only) against which he/she will be provided one Airtel 4G hotspot device. The offer is not available on any other device other than the Airtel 4G hotspot device.

5. If the subscriber wishes to continue using the 4G services on the Airtel 4G hotspot device, it will purchase a new connection from Airtel under his/her name.

6. On expiry of this 3 days offer, if the subscriber chooses not to continue using the 4G services the subscriber shall immediately return the Airtel 4G hotspot device with its original packing, subject to reasonable wear and tear, along with all its contents, failing which Airtel will be entitled to forfeit, withhold or deduct from the security deposit.

7. Availability of 4G services and speeds are not constant and may vary for a number of reasons, including but not limited to infrastructure, congestion, availability of the network, number of active users, weather, topography, acts of God or Force Majeure. Airtel does not guarantee uninterrupted or seamless services. The provision of this 4G services offer is a gratuitous offering and Airtel assumes no liability for any damages or losses arising out of the non-functioning thereof.

8. Airtel’s decision with regard to any subscriber’s eligibility to avail the offer will be final.

9. AIRTEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF THE OFFER, 4G HOTSPOT DEVICE AND THE 4G SERVICES INCLUDING AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, DISRUPTION OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.

How will they refund the money? As check from their finance team or directly from the shop?

they take 3 months for refund through cheque after numerous reminders…

It is not charge for trail

It is refundable amount.

Agree

Same procedure is followed when u leave their postpaid connection.

4G services are patchy across all cities. where there is good reception the data flows away very fast and at places its wore than 2G.
I want to wait for jio but not that long either so paid 4800 for unlimited at 512kbps with free installation for 1 year to local cablewala. will then take 4G when the offer is better. No regrets even if I dont use the cable Internet connection after 6 months.
