3] that offer and percentage calculation is very misleading bordering on wilful attempt to defraud you. the packs you get might have a brand offer saying 20rs off MRP (thus Tata itself is selling it for less than 90rs)
2] it is unlikely that demonetisation made them jack up price by almost 20% (to 130), because the marked price last seen was 110 for October (2016) stock.
