(1) Tata Sky Free Activation of Channels Offer(‘Offer’) is a scheme which is being offered by Tata Sky to its Eligible Subscribers whereby the Eligible Subscribers would be able to avail any and/or all of the following mentioned channels:
1. SET
2. Sony SAB
3. SET HD
4. Sony Max
5. Sony Six
6. Sony Ten 1
7. Sony Ten 1 HD
8. Sony Ten 2 HD
9. Sony Ten 3
10. Sony Pix HD
11. AajTak (individually referred to as a ‘Channel’ and collectively as’Channels’) on a specific request (under these Terms and Conditions), to activate/re-activate viewing of any of these Channels,at no extra charges to the Eligible Subscriber.
By calling on any of the Tata Sky Helpline numbers 1860 208 6633, 1860 500 6633, 1860 120 6633 from the RMN and requesting the Call Center executive to provision the relevant Channel; or3.1.2 By calling on any of the Tata Sky Helpline numbers 1860 208 6633, 1860 500 6633, 1860 120 6633 from the RMN and following the instructions on the Interactive Voice Recording (IVR); or3.1.3 By sending the SMS code appearing against the respective Channel given below to 56633 from the RMN:-

(2) Eligible Subscriber shall mean any(i) Subscriber who has an Active Account Status and (ii) who has been receiving any of the Channels mentioned in (1)above as on September 30, 2018 at 23:59:59 within the subscribed base pack and/or add-on pack(s). For clarity, a request can be made by the Eligible Subscriber, for continuing to receive any/all of the 11 Channels specified above, which was being received prior to October 01, 2018 by the said subscriber. Existing subscribers who have subscribed to any/all of these 11 Channels by specifically opting for them through a-la-carte mode and separately paying the a-la-carte retail price for these channels will not be considered part of the Eligible Subscriber as per this scheme.(3) This Offer shall continue until the same is withdrawn/modified by Tata Sky in its sole discretion.

What has happened and what to do. Can anyone tell in short?
I have paid annual charge for platinum hd, today not able to see many chanells , asking to give miss call on individual channels , is it a joke.I think compqny has not made payments to channels. Company is busy collecting money from subscribers.
Dont harress subscribers , worst happening in tata sky history.
Your chat is not working and called toll free no waited 20 minites in que , wasted my time and money calling the company.
At the end customer is the loser , i think “TATA” is losing its brand image.
Any way Upcoming JIO GIGA FIBER , will worsen the company image if this kind of silly this goes on .
The company does not even bother to give competitive rates to existing customers in result company has to search for new customers in near future.
Hope my suggestions helps the company board.

We have received your request. Sony SAB channel will be activated shortly. Please keep the set top box on. Calling helpline or giving missed call again will not be necessary.

Since yesterday, my Sony channels are not coming. Like set max, etc. Any solution?
its nothing but a gimmick to weed out the dead subscriber who are not watching Sony Network .. so that they have to payless to sony .. while charging amount from all Subscribers .. smart way …
