While doing payment thru sbi anywhere mvisa, it says
SECONDARY ID NOT VALID
any idea abt the issue? ??

same here. Got the same error msg. Someone have any solutions
Just to check whether it’s working or not, as some are saying recharge is failing, I did txn for Rs. 100 again today thru PayZapp although I need not to and instantly got sms from Tata Sky. Don’t know why others are facing issues or what they are missing. Do note the merchant payment ID after successful payment and quote the same to Tata Sky CC.

Same issue here. Money debited from payzapp but recharge did not happen on tata sky’s end. Should I wait or call the customer care
