u mean they are charging more than TRAI rates?? for example Zee offers telugu prime HD pack at 35rs. as per trai rates?? won’t tata sky offer at same cost?

correct, no benefit to the referred person, i got a call from Tatasky stating that MRP is 2200 and after 600 discount it is 1599/- only ( same benefit is otherwise also offered to non referred) person. However the person referring will get 300 recharge in his Tatasky account.
Various deals are available for buyer at Flipkart, paytm etc. to get it cheaper.
