How to redeem the offer?

Download ‘Pockets by ICICI Bank’ from Google Play/ App Store and register to create your Pockets wallet
Click on Cards option on the dashboard
Select ‘Get Physical Card’ and click on ‘Apply now’ under Regular Pockets Card/Expression Pockets card
Rs 100 + Goods and Services Tax for regular Pockets card and Rs 250+GST for Expression Pockets card will be debited and the card will be delivered to you within 7 days
Once you receive the Pockets Physical Card you can use it for shopping at any POS terminals instead of using your Debit or Credit card
Once the transaction is successfully done using Pockets Physical card eligible customers will receive 10% cashback in Their Pockets wallet within 30 days from the transaction date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF POCKET PHYSICAL CARD OFFER

Definitions

“Pockets” shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank, a digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI Bank customers and Non-ICICI Bank customers can get on boarded. For existing ICICI Bank Savings Account customer(s), onboarding can be done through their ICICI Bank Internet Banking User ID and Password whereas for Non-ICICI Bank users, on-boarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name, e-mail ID, DOB and gender and a new ICICI Bank User ID and Password can be created.
“Offer” shall mean giving a cashback of 10% on using Pockets Physical card
“Pockets Physical Card” is the physical Visa card that can be applied for using the Pockets wallet
“Offer Period” shall mean offer is valid till June 30, 2019.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the Terms and Conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking facility/service.
“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled/rejected/unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
“Website” shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. icicibank.com/pockets
II. Offer Construct

“All Customers who have successfully made transactions using the Pockets Physical card at POS terminals will receive a cashback of 10%
Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis*.
Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
The fuel surcharge is applicable for transactions at petrol pumps/fuelling stations and will have to be borne by the customer.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
The Offer will not be applicable in case the Pockets wallet has crossed the permissible limits. The Pockets wallet limit cannot exceed Rs 10,000 at any point in time.
Wallets with status as Lost/ Stolen/ Blocked will not be eligible for this Offer
The Offer is not applicable for payments to other wallets, bill payments and mobile recharges
The Offer is not applicable on existing offers on Pockets. No two Offers on Pockets can be clubbed together.
Cashback will be provided to the Customer within 30 working days after a successfully completed eligible transaction
The cash received in the wallet can be used for any Pockets transactions that include transactions on the application, on e-commerce websites or at POS terminals.

For Non-ICICI Bank customers, cashback will be credited to the wallet only if KYC has been completed for the wallet (either minimum KYC or biometric KYC).
III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused during the process of cashback.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on products/ services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
All claims against ICICI Bank, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals of Mumbai
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to vary, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate the cashback Programme, without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Further, ICICI Bank has the discretion to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute, and its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
All services offered are at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
The participation in the programme is entirely voluntary and that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
This Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the Customer(s) of the award of the cashback hereunder.
This Offer shall be governed by applicable Indian laws. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
The Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Terms and Conditions governing the usage of the services as set out in the website.
ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/ or character of the cashback under the Offer.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the concerned Pockets team.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the cashback availed by Customer under the Offer offered provided by the concerned Pockets team.
