TATA CliQ Offer : Terms and conditions
1. This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) in association with TATA Unistore Limited and any participation in the Offer is voluntary.
2. This Offer is available to existing and new resident HSBC Credit or Debit Cardholders, excluding corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’). Credit Cardholders who have not made their minimum payment due within 30 days of the payment due date mentioned on the Credit Card statement will not be eligible for the Offer.
3. Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC credit card (‘Card’) in order to have the Offer available to them.
4. During the period from 29 August 2019 to 26 December 2019 (inclusive of both dates) (‘Offer Period’), every Thursday, Cardholders using their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card (‘Card’) at TATA CliQ or TATA CliQ Luxury website, mobile sites and mobile apps (collectively known as ‘TATA CliQ’) will be entitled to the following Offer on select products which have a mention of the applicability of the Offer on their specific page on usage of the appropriate promo code before making the purchase (‘Offer’).

5. This Offer will be valid for purchases made only on Thursday within the specified Offer Period.
6. The discount is over and above any other Offer being offered by the TATA CliQ during the Offer Period.
7. Each Offer is valid only once per card per calendar month.
8. Add-on credit Cardholders will have separate Offer eligibility.
9. This Offer is valid for purchases made on the Eligible products during the “Offer Period”. Cardholders are required to check the product page of the product(s) if the Offer is valid for that product before purchasing.
10. This Offer will be applicable to EMI transactions on HSBC credit cards only if the minimum purchase amount is more than INR5,000.
11. Instant discount will be applied only on using HSBC Credit or Debit Cards or Credit Card EMI (for net transaction value of over INR5,000) on all purchases made on Tata CLiQ E-commerce site (Tata Cliq link, Tata cliq luxury link/), their respective mobile site and mobile application during the promotion period for a Net Transaction Value* as per the Offer chosen.
12. The Net Cart Value or Net Transaction Value is the total cart value arrived at after all applicable discounts including Coupon Code but before availing discounts under this Offer. In case CLiQ Cash is being used to make a partial payment, Net Cart Value will be calculated after reducing the amount being paid by using CLiQ Cash. To avail of the Offer the amount being paid through HSBC Credit Card or Debit Card or Credit Card EMI has to be more than the min purchase price of the respective Offer. The customer is advised to check the applicability of the discount before proceeding for payment.
13. Offer not valid on net banking, commercial and corporate cards and EMI transactions of HSBC.
14. Offer cannot be combined with any other Offer/Promotion running on the site.
15. HSBC and Tata UniStore Limited reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this Offer at any time at its sole discretion.
16. Tata Unistore Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated.
17. The discount offered will under no circumstances be settled in cash.
18. Offer will not be applicable on transactions where Promo Code application has not been done before the payment is done.
