This is an offer (“Offer”) being run by Jewelkari.com owned and operated by Praarabdh Ecom Pvt. Ltd. (“Brand”) on www.flipka...om (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”)
By participating in this Offer, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by:
the Offer terms and conditions below (“T&C”);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and all applicable terms and conditions of Brand.

The top spender for each hour with the highest amount of purchase made on the Platform of Fashion products (products from Watches, Sunglasses, Handbags, Backpacks, Artificial Jewellery, Precious Jewellery, Gold Coins & bars, Men’s clothing, Women’s Clothing & Kids’ Fashion (“Eligible Categories”) (“Eligible Product/s”) for every hour, during the Offer Period (“Winner/s”) will get a Gold Pendant (“Prize/s”) for INR 1.
The Winners will be announced on 12th November,2019 on the Fashion Category landing page. Winners will be able to see the rewards in the My Coupons section in the account and same can be redeemed between 15th November, 2019 and 25th November, 2019.
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart or Praarabdh Ecom Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible in any manner.
In the event any Winner cancels an order placed for the Products during the Offer on or before 3rd November 2019, they shall not eligible for the Prize.
You agree to check the Product page before making the purchases.
The Offer eligibility is restricted to Your purchase of the Products within a single basket/order.

Other Terms & Conditions

This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and/or any products, for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, you will have to bear the same.

All decisions pertaining to the Discounts for this Offer are at the sole discretion of Praarabdh Ecom Pvt. Ltd.

Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Praarabdh Ecom Pvt. Ltd. harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on your part.
These T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until 5th December 2019. Post such date, Flipkart and Praarabdh Ecom Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any person.
