They have hiked rates in Delhi-NCR (Ride time charges are now Rs 1.50 per min inspite of Rs 1 in the past).
Hence, all these codes.
So, in effect we are paying almost same as Ola fares. 
But Ola drivers dont come to destined location and maybe expect you to book an Uber to reach their location.
