They are using RBL bank in the background, this combined with their own customer service – the overall product experience is very poor.
At the moment, it takes anywhere between 30 to 40 working days to refund you for a transaction that failed at physical point of sale, and 8 to 15 days for an online failed transaction. Check reviews in play-store!! Moreover, this does not include ‘days’ that they take acknowledge the issue.
They are promising that soon, it will be 8 working days to refund money to your wallet for any ‘failed’ transaction.
In my experience, at least 1 transaction fails out of every 5 !! Money deducted from the wallet and then all you got to do is to keep chasing them and try convince them that it has indeed failed. Most of the time, they argue that it shows as successful or settled on their side. This make things even worse and does not instill confidence in using Udio.
