I have no Idea why is your experience not smooth with them but I find Udio is the best wallet as of now and they are offering at the higher side. I have 9 udio accounts and in most of them I got 384 (some of them are less because of 60 fuel voucher they added) but the point is all my transactions were seamless.
Also to add it can take as long as 45 minutes to receive the voucher.
Just got 200 voucher for 2 txns done on paytm about a week back. With this udio has paid me a total of 520 in 6 transactions. 5 with old virtual card and 1 new physical/virtual card.

Important Information
I have experienced a thing few days back which I forgot to share but sharing it now and it is important for those whose Recharge Vouchers taking time.
After conducting the txn with your Udio Card (Physical or Digital VCC), always open back Udio App as it refreshes account with latest txn (on Home Page Timeline) and also open the option My Transactions. What it does is it updates the transaction in the system with regards to our account. If we just do the txn and don’t open back the Udio App, it don’t updates our account with that txn info.
I find this on Sept 21. I did first txn and vouchers was credited in 20 mins (Opened Udio App 4-5 times in between and refreshed My Transactions options also once). After second txn, I didn’t opened the App for one hour and also didn’t clicked the notification that Udio sends after txn. After 1 hour, I opened and within 15 mins, I received the voucher.
Same happened today. I repeated just to re-confirm. Did 1st txn and voucher was credited in 20 mins. Second txn didn’t refreshed Udio acc. by opening App for 2 hrs and after opening and refreshing after 2 hrs, voucher was credited in 12 mins. 3rd Txn, again in 20 mins as I refreshed My Transactions option within a minute.
P.S: This is my personal experience and it may or may not be correct but yes the findings are true. So from now on every time you do txn with Udio card, do open your Udio App after txn and refresh timeline and My Transaction section also.

Yes, but there seems to be a problem at Amazon, especially while purchasing TC cards.

I had contacted Udio but they said no problem at their end. I was told that payment was successful but then Amazon (Amazon’s PG?) reversed the payment immediately.

Just to let everyone know, recharge coupons are not instant or not delivered in an hour now. Recharge coupons are delivered in 3 days.

Thats an incorrect statement. Max time for vouchers to be credited is 3 days(72 hrs), so it can take anywhere from half an hour to 72 hrs for the vouchers to be credited.
I got one voucher today within half an hour.

Same happened with me for transactions done on Saturday and Sunday one month back. Even after sending mails, they give same copy paste replies. This month on 16th a transaction of Rs. 1700 failed on citrus, but still not added back in my udio wallet. Do u know how much time it takes?
