This Offer is from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Private Limited (“Snapdeal”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid Kotak Credit Card (“Customers”).
Under this offer, customers can avail 15% Instant Discount using Kotak Credit Cards at www.snapde...om, m.snapdeal.com and Snapdeal Mobile App.
Under this offer, there is no restriction on the maximum number of transactions but the maximum discount available per card is Rs.1500/- during the offer period.
Minimum Transaction size to be eligible for the offer is Rs.1500/-.
Supplementary cardholders will be eligible for discount on their cards separately under the offer.

Customer need to select the Kotak Bank Offer on the payment page in order to avail the discount offer. No deferred cashback will be given under the offer.
Offer Period is from 17th October 2017 (00:00) to 19th October 2017 (23:55)
Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
Offer is also valid on EMI purchases through Kotak Credit Card.
This discount offer is applicable over and above any promocode promotion running on Snapdeal.
If any transaction fails/cancelled/cannot be completed due to any technical reasons/timeout, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the eligibility discount limit to be reinstated.
Discount is not applicable for Cash on delivery transactions
To avail the discount, customers have to pay in-full with their Kotak Credit Card and is not applicable in case of partial payments.
In case a customer is using his or her Kotak credit card through a wallet service, this discount  would not be applicable.
The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with regards to the quality and delivery of the goods and services offered by Snapdeal. In case of any queries or disputes with regards to these goods and services, the Customer is required to resolve the same directly with Snapdeal without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
The Bank and Snapdeal, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due, while checking eligibility of the discount.
All Kotak credit card customers except Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Reliance Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card & Kotak Corporate Card are eligible for the offer.
Nothing expressed or implied in the Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.

Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals in Mumbai i only, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the product and services rendered by Snapdeal, its agents/sellers/service establishment/representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the Offer.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. The Bank shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating seller/service establishment of Snapdeal and would be fulfilled at partner’s end only. The Bank in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability/non-delivery/delay in delivery of any of the products.
Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered be settled with cash in lieu by the Bank or by Snapdeal.
The Bank will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Snapdeal on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Snapdeal and without reference to the Bank.
All government Levies like GST, any Local Tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time of the offer period.
The Bank and Snapdeal reserves the right, without prior notice to extend or terminate this Offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever during the Offer period.
Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have read understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Kotak  Credit Card Customers understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the customer of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Kotak Credit Card Customers directly with the Merchant and Kotak Credit Card Customers shall not make any Claim against or bank.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bank shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
Any issue, dispute / complaint regarding the discount offer, products and services offered by Snapdeal, its agents or representatives must be addressed by the Customer to Snapdeal directly at [email protected]. Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
Any query/issue regarding the offer will be entertained till 19th October, 2016. Post such date, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
This offer is non – transferable, non-encashable and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer of the Bank.
