1. What is the “5% Instant Discount + 5% Reward Points” Offer on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card?
a) Offer on payment with Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card

b) Minimum purchase amount INR 3,000 (net of exchange discounts)

c) 5% Instant Discount on the total purchase amount, Maximum Instant discount per card of INR 2000.

d) 5% Reward Points on Total Paid Amount for Amazon-Prime And 3% Reward Points for Non-Prime

f) Reward Points will be credited automatically to customer’s Amazon Pay Balance on the date when customer’s Monthly Bill for Credit-Card is generated.

2. Is the 5% Instant Discount over and above the 5% and 3% Rewards (that Prime and Non-Prime Customers earn respectively) on Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card?
YES. The 5% Discount is over and above the 5% Rewards (for Prime) and 3% Rewards (for Non-Prime) that Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card offers to respective cardholders.

3. What if I cancel my purchase?
The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility. Where the customer is eligible for cashback, and the purchase is cancelled/returned, such purchase would no longer be eligible for the cashback.

4. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your card should be charged for a minimum amount of INR 3,000. For example, if total purchase amount is INR 8000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 7,000 is paid using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit card, then instant discount would be given on INR 7,000 and not INR 8,000. Similarly, if INR 7,000 is paid using APay balance and INR 1,000 is paid using credit-card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card is less than INR 3,000.

5. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
YES, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both.

6. My Amazon.in purchases includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for discount under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?

7. I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why?
On Card Payment for POD (Pay On Delivery) transactions, customer would not get any Instant discount.

8. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?

Terms and Conditions
This limited term promotional offer, namely ‘Great India Festival Sale Offer on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’ (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”). This Offer is made available on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited.
This Offer is only available to all customers that hold a valid ‘Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’ (“Card”), issued by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) in India (each person fulfilling both conditions, a “Cardholder”).
The Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which Cardholders agree to by using Amazon.in, as well as the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Card. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale and the Card terms and conditions are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
The offer is valid from 21st October, 2019 to 25th October 2019 (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability. For Prime Members the offer is valid from 12:00 hrs 20th October 2019 to 25th October 2019
Amazon.in Transaction: Any Cardholder who during the Offer Period: (a) purchases any product(s) other than an ineligible product (listed below) on Amazon.in; and (b) makes payment for such purchase transaction on Amazon.in using the Card, will be eligible to receive an instant discount for an amount equivalent to 5% of the order value (excluding any delivery or other fees) of the said transaction provided the order value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 3,000 on a per transaction basis. Each Cardholder can avail a maximum instant discount of INR 2000 per Card under this Offer for the purchases on Amazon.in using the Card, irrespective of number of purchases.
For the avoidance of doubt: (a) a customer will not be eligible for the benefit under this Offer (discount or cashback) if such customer has not paid for the transaction using the Card, i.e. the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card or uses any other payment method to complete the transaction, such as Pay-On-Delivery; (b) if a Cardholder uses multiple payment modes or multiple cards to complete the transaction, such customer will be entitled to the benefits (discount or reward points) only on the amount paid using the Card. By way of an example, if a Cardholder undertakes an transaction for a value of INR 10000 and makes payment for such transaction by 2 payment methods (say for instance, INR 6000 through the Card and INR 4000 through Amazon Pay balance or a different credit card), such Cardholder will be eligible to receive the benefits (discount or cashback) only the payment made using the Card, i.e. INR 6000; © this Offer is available only in relation to the Card, i.e. the ’Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’, and no other credit card or debit card, and a customer / Cardholder completing the transaction using any other payment method is not eligible for benefit under this Offer.
This Offer can be combined with any other offer being concurrently provided on Amazon.in, provided however the Cardholder is eligible for the offers and complies with the terms and conditions of all such offers. The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ’Cash on Delivery’ payment option
The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers.
In the event the order is returned or cancelled by the Cardholder, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently the order / purchase transaction value falls below INR 3000/-, the order will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn.
If Instant Discount is availed on any order, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase.
Under no circumstances, will the benefit (discount or cashback) under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited or ICICI.
By availing this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither ICICI nor Amazon nor Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (or any of their affiliates) will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
This Offer is subject to the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Amazon reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Offer or modify or change any of the T&Cs, at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer for the Cardholders in respect of the Card, which is issued by ICICI pursuant to co-branded arrangement with Amazon.
Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement between a Cardholder and ICICI.
All disputes between the Cardholders and ICICI will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and ICICI.
Any query or issue in relation to the Discount or this Offer will be entertained only for a period of 30 days from the date of the eligible transaction and can be directed at Amazon customer support. Post such period, no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer of the benefits.
The Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
