What this (rupee value) has to do with boycotting AliExpress sales n Chinese products ?
If its a sale & the product is at 10% more discount than the usual price ..that would easily compensate with at least 50% of the extra price increased due to rupee downfall (72 to 76 fr Feb end to right now)
If they offer 5$ off on 10$ coupons…then there’s no need for such calculations either 
all imports are currently closed and free virus danger from china and currently avoid all deals
So this is the source or your imagination?
Still 2/3rd of our pharma needs are being fulfilled my Chinese imports if you are not aware!

Who will risk buying imported goods at this point of a pandemic
Seems like they were never bothered about the pandemic. Their sales were going on as usual when the world is literally crippled
Their attitude – “Hum to Doobenge sanam tum ko bhii le Doobenge”
Translation : We’re already drowning & we’ll ensure you drown with us
On a practical note – Amazon & Flipkart are not able to deliver items to over 95% of country, I doubt personal couriers from China will be delivered.
On a lighter note – Even without the pandemic half of items don’t get delivered from these sites.
