1. What is the HDFC Bank Debit Card and Credit Cards Offer (“Offer”)?

2. How can I avail this offer?

3. What if I place multiple orders for Rs. 5000 each on the same day?
For instance, If you place 9 different orders for Rs. 5000 each on the same day using your HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card, then you will be eligible for a total of Rs 500 X 9 = Rs. 4500 cashback.
4. What is the max cashback I can get on a single order?
The maximum cashback you can get on an order is Rs. 1500. If you place an order for Rs. 15000 or above you will be eligible for a cashback of Rs. 1500.
5. Is there a max cashback per day?
No, there is no limit on the cashback you can avail per day. You are eligible for a total cashback of Rs. 4500 even in a single day, subject to maximum cashback of Rs. 1500 per order.
6. When will I get the cash back?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Bank account linked with HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card latest by December 24, 2017.
7. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail cash back is Rs. 5,000 in a single transaction on Amazon.in, net of refunds and cancellations. Your HDFC Bank Debit or Credit Card should be charged for a minimum amount of Rs. 5000.
8. What is the maximum cash back that I can avail?
The maximum cash back per card is Rs. 4,500 across Site and App during the Offer Period. Add-on cards linked to the same account will be considered as one card.
9. Is cash back under this Offer applicable on credit and debit cards?
Yes, the cashback is available on both, HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card.
10 Can I avail cash back on credit card on EMI?
Yes, the cash back under this Offer is also applicable on EMI availed on HDFC Bank Credit Cards.
11. Can I avail cash back on card payment for cash on delivery orders? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?
Yes, the cash back under this Offer is also applicable on card payment (only through HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card) made for cash on delivery orders placed during the Offer Period i.e. customers who have chosen the option of cash-on-delivery while placing an order and chose to use HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card for payment on delivery of the order. I hate these cashback after 3 months. Direct discount from FK is better. Be done with it that day itself. Still last CB is pending from amazon and we have to check when its final date.

So Hdfc offer can be used only once in 4 days abd CB after 3 months while SBI offer can be thrice in 5 days with instant discount…Also amazon offers are not even close to flipkart offers, so flipkart wins here.

Just wondering: If u and ur wife are earning, has she got the right to spend on her own stuff thru her own a/c at Amazon? If yes, can’t she avail all the offers separately…all this while staying at the same address!! Isn’t wife or any other family member (Age>=18 yrs) a separate individual..though sharing same address!! May be ne has to refer to constitution to understand relationship of individual vs family vs same address vs same/family cards vs shopping online at a site like Amazon…!!

Money adding is not any transaction. Transaction is considered as money deducted due to any purchase or any recharge/shopping. So it can not be considered as a transaction of amazon balance.

If i select HDFC NO COST EMI in the Payment page am i eligible for the HDFC CB? There is no clear instruction in the TnC? Anybody has proper idea. Chat option is also not coming in customer service.
