I had a very bad experience with TCL.. if their product is dead out of box, still you’ll never be able to get it serviced or repaired… Their customers care centres list is fake, I myself explored 5 of them in delhi, bangalore and patiala, those were non existing…

They take time but fix things in the end. Worth buying considering the quality of their TVs at those prices. They outdo the competition in the prince range.
